Commission business is managed by a Board of Trustees composed of seven members.           

A position on the Board is now open and needs to be filled.

• Contribute to the welfare of our Four Seasons Ranch community.  
• Challenge yourself.  
• Learn new skills and knowledge as a volunteer team member.
• Help maintain the remarkable beauty of the place we are so fortunate to call home.  
• Share your insights for the benefit of your neighbors and friends.

If these personal and community benefits interest you, please consider joining the Board of Trustees for the Four Seasons Ranch Maintenance Commission.  The purpose of the Commission (composed of all lot owners at the Ranch) is to “further and promote the community welfare and the common lands” of our community.Board membership is for a three-year term.  Official meetings are once a month, and supplemental work sessions are also once a month.  Currently, Board meetings are on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, in the evening, starting at 6 pm.
Board members set priorities, establish budgets, and provide oversight for our maintenance workers.  

Board members also receive input from volunteer committees, such as the Pool Committee, Golf Course Committee, and Habitat Committee.  All volunteers work together in a spirit of compromise to make wise and informed decisions about the welfare of our community. 

Without active volunteer participation on the Board, we would need to hire a professional business manager – a tremendous additional expense for us all.
