The ballots for you to vote on the proposed changes to our bylaws were mailed today. Please look for them in your mailbox, and let me know if you haven’t received yours by November 3rd.
The vote will be finalized at a special membership meeting scheduled for 1:30 PM on Sunday, November 13th, at the clubhouse and on Zoom. You may return your ballot at that meeting, or by mail or hand-delivery before then to either of the mailboxes at 673 Strait View Drive. Please note that your ballot must be returned in the self-addressed envelope that was enclosed with your ballot.
To reduce printing and postage costs, the text for both questions and the statements that were submitted, have been uploaded to our document library and links are included in this email.
