Pool Rules

Pool Season
Pool opens on Memorial Day Weekend and remains open daily until Labor Day weekend with possible extension by 2 weeks weather permitting. 
Pool is closed July 4th and if the weather is bad.

Pool Hours
Monday 10:30am to 9pm or dusk.
Tues-Sunday 9am to 9pm or dusk.
Pool crew may close the pool at dusk especially later in the year.

Pool Protocol
Do NOT swim if you are sick.
1. Sign in prior to pool use.
2. No more than 6 guests may be signed in at one time.
3. Shower before swimming either here or at home.
4. Pick up all pool toys and personal items before leaving the pool area.
5. Sign out when leaving.
Sponsors are responsible for all activities of their guests or children. HOA owners must call out inappropriate behavior or rule breaking. Repeat offenders will lose pool privileges.

KIDS 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult 18 or over. No child may sponsor a guest.
Infants must wear a bathing suit, and not be wearing disposable diapers unless they are swim diapers like Little Swimmers.

TEENS 13 to 17 may only be present at the pool if an adult is present. Teenagers who bring guests are responsible for enforcing their good behavior.

IF YOU ARE SICK DON'T SWIM

Pool Safety

SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. 

No lifeguard is present at the pool.
Call 911 for an emergency.
First Aid kit is at the back of the Sign In desk.
No rough play, screaming, running on deck, or running and jumping into the pool.
No alcohol, smoking, swearing, or glass containers in the pool area.

DO NOT prop open chain link or Clubhouse doors.

FOOD is limited to drinks and small snacks at the tables or pool loungers only. No food in or near the pool to avoid food being thrown into the pool. No takeout or picnics in the pool area. Use tables outside the pool fence.

If your adult guest requires independent access they may use your pool fob or request a temporary door entry pin for their stay. Guests should sign in and additionally give their host’s name and address if they are not accompanied.

Clubhouse rental does NOT allow pool access. The pool is only for HOA residents and their guests.
