FOUR SEASONS RANCH GOLF COURSE RULES
(Approved During the November 10, 2020 4SR Board Meeting)
4k Seasons Ranch Golf Behind the Ranch Clubhouse is a kiosk where golfers register their party. The first tee of the 9 hole course is also located there. Each golfing party MUST include a 4SR lot owner, with their colored golf flag cleary displayed on their cart. Complete golf course rules are posted below. For more information please contact Golf Course Liason.
You can obtain Golf Course Liason contact information from the Private 4SR 2022 Directory
Current 4SR golf bag tags are orange. All members are required to have an
orange 4SR golf bag tag attached to their bag for identification purposes.
All groups must include a 4SR resident with amenity benefits. That resident
assumes all responsibility for damages they cause as well as their guest’s
conduct, including any damages a guest may cause. The resident must
always remain with the group. Each resident is limited to a
maximum of five (5) guests.
Remember, this your property. All residents are encouraged to check with
people on the course whom they do not recognize and/or not displaying the
proper tag on their bag. All members are responsible for maintaining the privacy
and condition of our course. Our course is not patrolled by a course marshal;
therefore, residents must rely on each other to preserve our course and not
permit unauthorized players to use it. When undesirable behavior is observed, a
member may respectfully address the offender(s). If appropriate, directly contact
the Clallam County Sheriff’s Department by calling (360) 417-2459. Keep the
Ranch Board informed if you take these actions.
All golfers must sign the register at the kiosk on the first tee.
Pets must be kept under control. Pet waste must be removed by the owner
and pet waste bags are typically available at the entrance to the walking paths.
Individuals who participate in other recreational activities on the course must
stay off the greens and yield to those playing golf. This rule is intended to ensure the safety of everyone who ventures onto the golf course.
The only vehicles allowed on the golf course are golf carts and authorized
maintenance equipment. Golf carts must never be driven on the greens.
Golfers must keep their golf carts and pull carts on the fairway, away from
the greens and aprons, especially the front apron.
Do not use the golf course as a driving range or practice area. A practice
field is available north of the fourth green, west of the beach parking lot.
Those on the practice field are expected to yield to players actively playing the course. Do not practice swing on the tee boxes, this only creates more
divots. All divots in the tee boxes and fairway and ball marks on the green must be repaired by the golfer - not only yours, but any others that are
present.
Do not practice putt after holing out. This not only holds up play, but it is hard
on the green area around the cup. A practice putting green is available next to
first tee box.
Many of our fairways are close in proximity. Please be aware of
groups/players ahead of your group and do not hit your ball until it is safe to
do so. Please allow faster groups/players to play through.
Please do not litter. Trash receptacles are provided on the course.
If you need to turn off a sprinkler to continue play, turn the sprinkler back on.
It’s on for a reason and leaving the sprinkler off may damage our water
pump(s). If you move a sprinkler, please move it back to its original
location.
The parking area at the clubhouse is for residents and guests using the golf
course. If your guest(s) need to park at the clubhouse to play golf, they must
leave a note in the windshield identifying the resident they are with and the
resident’s phone number. Be sure your vehicle has a visible 4SR identity
sticker. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed without warning.
All other rules of play and/or etiquette shall remain in effect in accordance with
the U.S.G.A. unless otherwise stipulated.
