So you're interested in renting the clubhouse what should you do?

#1. Check the date

Use this link to view the clubhouse calendar. All clubhouse bookings are designated as "clubhouse booking" so you can search by that term or just the date you want.

#2 Confirm the date with Sarah Lewis

Once you find the date you want and it's not booked, text Sarah Lewis (360) 421-9526 with the requested date and fill out the following form page 1. Identify yourself and address when you text please. Remember only owners can rent the clubhouse. And your date isn't booked until Sarah gets your deposite.

This will be dropped of at Sarah's house with your deposit. She will respond to you with a confirmation email or text.

#3. Make arrangements with Sarah to pick up the key (here's the link to the key instructions but you still need the code from Sarah )

#4 After rental complete page 4 of the CLUBHOUSE RESERVATION FORM and return it to Sarah after the event with the key in the lockbox.

After renting the floor and shed should look like this.

PICKING UP KEY

There is now a lockbox to the right of the clubhouse fenced area. Walk around and you will see a hose cover on top of the lock box.

Open the faucet cover and flip down the front of the lockbox.

Enter the code Kelli Shewey has given you and pull down on the opener at the top. You also need to enter the code to close this box.

Hit the CLR key at the bottom of the opener to clear any code if you get stuck and enter the code again.

Return the keys when you leave. Make sure to enter the code to open the box and enter the code to close the box. Place faucet cover back and tighten.

Key Descriptions: Key C1 opens pool door, B10 men's bathroom utility closet, Key M Opens the clubhouse door.

Again, after your event, clean the clubhouse, lock all doors, and return the key to the lockbox by repeating the above steps.
